My training sessions are designed to be safe, structured, and appropriate for each athlete’s age and level. While every effort is made to keep sessions safe, minor injuries can occasionally happen during soccer training. By submitting a request, you confirm that participation is voluntary and that you or the athlete are able to take part in training sessions. Coach Lu is not responsible for injuries that may occur during or after training. By participating, you confirm that the athlete is able to safely take part in training sessions.

I train players ages 7 and up, from beginners to more advanced athletes.
Yes, I offer small group sessions for 2–4 players. Groups are carefully matched by skill level to make sure each player gets the right type of training and development. Spots are very limited.
If weather conditions are not suitable for training, the session will be rescheduled to another available day at no additional cost.
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. I will work with you to find another available time that fits your schedule.
Yes, a parent or guardian must stay during training sessions.

Every player develops at a different pace, but consistency is very important in soccer development. Regular training and independent practice at home can help players improve more comfortably and build confidence over time.
